A 200% bonus is given on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before it becomes eligible for withdrawal. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus — total balance ৳3,000; you must wager ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000 before withdrawing.

4.2 Bonus Abuse

If any user claims a bonus using multiple accounts or false information, that bonus will be cancelled and the account may be permanently closed. Using automated bots or software to place bets is strictly prohibited.

4.3 Right to Modify Bonuses

visa reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. If the terms of an ongoing promotion change, users will be notified through the platform.

All games and betting markets available on visa operate under their own rules. If a round is left incomplete due to a technical issue during a game session, the outcome of that round will be determined based on the relevant game provider's server logs.

5.1 Betting Market Cancellation Policy

If a cricket or football match is cancelled or postponed before the scheduled time, visa will settle the bets in that market according to its own rules. In most cases of a cancelled match, the original staked amount is returned, though different rules may apply in certain specific markets.

5.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game, sports market, and user account, and will be clearly stated in the relevant market. visa reserves the right to change the betting limits for any user.

5.3 Erroneous Odds or Game Results

visa has the full right to review bets that have been settled due to a technical error or incorrect odds. In cases of clear error, visa may void the bet or re-settle it at the correct odds.

Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited on visabet.cam. If these rules are violated, the account may be permanently closed and funds held may be forfeited:

• Registering with fraudulent information or concealing your identity
• Opening multiple accounts to abuse bonuses
• Using automated bots or software to play games or place bets
• Attempting unauthorised access to the platform's systems
• Harassing or defrauding other users
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes
• Allowing a person under 21 years of age to use an account

visa's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier: up to 0.3% at Bronze, 0.6% at Silver, 0.9% at Gold, and 1.2% at Platinum.

Cashback is calculated on the net loss for the week (total losses minus total wins). For example: if a Gold tier member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 in cashback. Regular activity and betting are required to advance to a higher VIP tier.

visa reserves the right to change VIP membership and its benefits. If a user remains inactive for an extended period, their VIP tier may be reviewed.

9.1 visa's Rights

In the event of a rule violation, visa reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account. In cases of fraud, money laundering, or other serious violations, this action may be taken without any prior notice.

9.2 User-Requested Closure

If a user wishes to close their own account, they may contact the support team. In accordance with the Responsible Gaming Policy, if a user feels that gaming is causing them problems, the self-exclusion option is available.

9.3 Inactive Accounts
